Suggest an entry

Use this form for an academy, club, tournament series, library club or shop in Tashkent that the register lacks, or for a line on a card that is wrong.

A link does most of the work: the academy’s page, a tournament on the server, a dated notice. Messages are read together at the next revision, compared with that page, and every resulting change is dated in the entry log.

What is your message about?
A new place: what is played or taught, and when. An error: the line of the card that is wrong.
Address of a web page, a tournament on chess-results.com or a public post where it can be read.
So we know who wrote; it is never shown on the site.
A Telegram handle or a phone number, if you prefer it to email.

Please leave at least one contact, email or other. It is kept private and used only when you ask for a reply.

What happens to your message is described under privacy.

What happens next

  • Your message waits with the others until the next revision of the register.
  • Then it is checked against the academy’s or the organiser’s own pages; when they confirm it, the card is changed and the change dated.
  • Without a page that supports it, the card stays as it is and keeps its “not confirmed” line.
  • No reply is sent unless you ask for one and leave a contact.
