Tashkent has no chess café and no park tables on record, so a game against a stranger usually means entering a tournament. This page gathers what is played rather than taught, grouped by kind. Sindarov's Chess Academy and Rajabov Chess Club are known from blitz and rapid tournaments they post, the first mostly on Sundays.
